Pemberdayaan Kelompok Subur Tani Berbasis ABCD melalui Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Manajemen Usaha Tani di Desa Payabakal, Kabupaten Muara Enim

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya kapasitas manajemen usaha tani pada kelompok tani kecil, terutama pada aspek perencanaan usaha, pengelolaan input, pencatatan biaya, dan strategi pemasaran, yang berdampak pada belum optimalnya produktivitas serta pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pertanian berbasis ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) terhadap perubahan praktik pengelolaan usaha tani, produktivitas, dan pendapatan Kelompok Tani “Subur Tani” di Desa Payabakal, Muara Enim, Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ABCD, yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan pemetaan aset dan potensi lokal, identifikasi kebutuhan bersama, perencanaan program partisipatif, pelatihan manajemen usaha tani, pendampingan implementasi di tingkat kelompok dan individu, serta monitoring–evaluasi berbasis capaian. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui observasi partisipatif selama proses pelatihan dan pendampingan, wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus dan anggota kelompok, diskusi kelompok terarah, serta dokumentasi aktivitas dan catatan usaha tani. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menangkap dinamika perubahan pengetahuan, perilaku, tata kelola kelompok, dan praktik produksi–pemasaran. Hasil menunjukkan penguatan keterampilan manajerial, meningkatnya disiplin pencatatan dan evaluasi sederhana, perbaikan koordinasi kerja kelompok, serta penguatan jejaring input dan akses pasar yang dipersepsikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan. Studi ini berkontribusi menyediakan model pemberdayaan pertanian berbasis aset yang aplikatif dan berimplikasi pada replikasi program pengabdian untuk penguatan kelembagaan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi kelompok tani pedesaan.
